Citizens For North Phoenix Strays North Phoenix Animal Rescue Stated they would board a puppy for a week paid them $200.00 and they readopted my puppy Sasha to someone else. Phoenix AZ

Adopted a chow puppy Sasha on June 25, 2020 on July 3 wanted to return the puppy because of a family Co-vid crises in the family. When the rescue came I changed my mind and asked if they would board the puppy for a week. (tape recorded) They took my money took the puppy and all the paperwork. When I asked for my puppy back they stated they had re-adopted the puppy.  On July 15 got my attorney friend to adopt the puppy the rescue stated they had Sasha and that she was available.

The rescue states that they gave my adoption fee of $400.00 back never signed a recepit that they gave any monies back. The rescue states that the $200.00 was a donation, never received a tax receipt.  Never ever signed a surrender form. So the resuce has stolen my puppy Sasha. Has not returned any monies. So they have the Puppy, all my monies, and all the paperwork.

  I have nothing and the rescue has stolen and scammed from me.  Now I am finding out that this rescue is doing cruelty to animals. I have reported this rescue to many goverment agenies.  When doing this I have found over 22 different complaints againts the rescue on many sites.  Four with the BBB. Reported them to the Attorney General office.  All IRS devisions as this rescue does a all cash business.
