Tony, the stated owner of the above referenced business who has numerous ads on Craigslist, stating that he is licensed and competent to make all home repairs, whether it be electrical, plumbing etc. came to home and stated that he needed to replace the Cartridge in the Kohler Shower Mixer Valve and he need $550.00 to do the job. He was paid $150 up front for parts. He stated that he was going to Lowes and get the parts. H came back to the home and spent about an hour in the bathroom. Then came out and stated that he had made the repair and that it was guaranteed and he would come back 24/7 if there was further leakage. He stated that the valve should not be used for 24 hours because he had used Epoxy that needed to cure. Based on his guarentee and his promise to provide it in writing to my Email when he got his office, he was paid inf full totaling $550.00. We waited 24 hours to use the shower and when we turned it on the same problem existed. We made numerous calls to Tony and he refused to respond. The leak was serious behind the drywall and cause water to leak downstairs causing damage to the kitchen ceiling. As a result of his refual to make good on the repair we enlisted another plumber, When he opened the valve he stated that Tony had done nothing and that the Valve Cartridge that tony fraudulently stated he had purchased was non existant and the original Cartridge was still in the valve. Tony and his Company defrauded us of $550.00. He is a Liar and a Fraud. I suggest that anyone seeking a legitiamate repair in Las Vegas or Los Angeles avoid responding to this Entities Puffing advertising. The Tenant in the property is a single female and states that Tony made improper approaches to her as well. The guy is a Predator.
