Hi! I have been dealing with the clowns from city.travel since February, trying to get a supposedly "non-refundable ticket" refunded, and while they are always quick on the upsell, they cannot refund a $425USD ticket for a cash poor victim of the war in Ukraine.
Notably, it is a Russian company, I guess they are too poor to conduct even the most basic of customer service.
They are claiming SAS owns the ticket and SAS is claiming City.Travel owns the ticket, so this poor Russian travel agency is too cash poor to even refund a $425USD ticket.
I would never do business with these f**** and neither should you.

It seems pretty obvious that a non refundable ticket is indeed non refundable. That means you cannot get a refund. What being Ukrainian has to do with it, I am not sure. When you buy a non refundable ticket, you pay less because it is NOT REFUNDABLE. If you could still get a refund, that would be a REFUNDABLE ticket.
