Claudia Rabines is probably the most mentally unstable women that i have ever done any business with. She has absolutely no regard or respect for her fiduciary responsibility to her clients and is willing to do anything to make a quick buck. Her lack of knowledge and skills has caused my clients to lose their invested money that was Earnest Money Deposited into escrow as she led them to believe that they could make a home purchase that was unrealistic.
As a person, she has had multiple restraining orders against her and has also had custody of her children taken away from her due to her instability. STAY AWAY!!! her phone number is 310-619-0099
