The stole my money and lie about my monthly payments made me sign a contract never showing me the number and let me leave with no lease proof they were hidden the ripp off from be put all these add ons bumper to bumper gap insurance ect all without my knowledge according to finance team it came with new car my family is in financial ruin for their profit I now have retained an attorney don’t trust these people they sent me a generic message stating they would resolve the issue I’ve been calling them for two days now I’m just getting put on hold no call back and no resolution.
New cars here are defective if not great for you look closer mine is and the solution when brought to their attention is to bad so sad after literally less than 7 days I say 7 because that’s their so called policy don’t buy cars here look at me a week later I’m still dealing with it still vehicle new but broken lol but really not funny K.L.A.Y it’s time for you to step in and take control of this situation. You’re leaving this in the hands of people who are not qualified or experienced enough to understand. The customer satisfaction is the number one key if this review is still up it’s because no action was taken by the dealership to rectify the situation.! how do you even put your name on this place disgraceful (me at this dealership) see pics don’t be me !

You Are Your Own Victim

Your failure to read the terms of the agreement prior to signing does not constitute a scam. You are your own victim because you neglected to exercise common sense.
Specifically, what part of the signed written agreement has the dealer breached or violated?

When the business intention is to scam they have prepared and practiced a strategy that is more than likely to see to it that the scam is successful Assure a that the mission is accomplished. Simple science what dealership sends a customer away without a lease in hand RED flag they where hiding something. Complete transparency and consumer need was the show that they lead with .The whole agreement took over an hour to settle after going back and forth fo so long I believe the purpose was to weaken me, fatigue me, and that worked because when I thought the success had happened, we reached in agreement. We should hands they were drawing up the paperwork you would assume that you would be presented with the numbers you would leave with the lease for you to cross check those numbers the documents that were presented to me did not have numbers on them. We never spoke about numbers in the financial office as if the deal was already completed at the sales floor with the sales agent at his desk, the process inside the financial office was like plan 3 card Molly fast moving pages conversations about mma weight loss products asking me look up products . I think half a brain whole brain no brain businesses should practice ethical business practices because you can guarantee the consumer is 100 percent understanding you may possibly be met with a situation where a person may have a disability that renders them incapable of reading so they may need to trust that company verbal agreement business ethics if full support by Human Resources and the business owner can help victims the business may not know they hired a con artist anyone can be a victim of a scam no one is above that and it happened to me .

Whatever is is you are trying to say.... NOBODY FORCED YOU into anything! YOU AGREED! You were presented with DOCUMENTATION which had ALL THE TERMS of the deal. YOU didn't even have the COMMON SENSE to READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE you signed it! Anybody with half a brain would have READ the terms and REFUSED to go along with it if those terms were not to their liking. Absolutely incredible someone would sign without reading!
