Claywood Wrongfully terminated Hendersonville North Carolina

I worked at this establishment for a few days. I was sexually harassed and assaulted by a male bartender. I witnessed the owner wrongfully terminate 2 employees for discussing their wages openly. The owner drank while operating the restaurant. The male bartender, who harassed and assaulted me, drank while working his shift. The owner allowed staff to illegally drink during and after work hours even though it's against North Carolina alcohol law enforcement guidelines.

The man who harassed and assaulted me was able to keep his job even though he's a known predator in the community. The owner performed an illegal background check on me, without my consent. This restaurant owner thinks they are above the law and above reproach. Stay far away from this place unless you like supporting illegal business practices and/or like supporting men who harass women in the work place.
