I received a LinkedIn message, I spoke via zoom to a representative. The call was supposed to be a 15min-30min call. We ended up on call for over an hour.

The cost of the service was too much for me so she stated she could offer me a special deal. They don't usually offer anything but the year plan.  She offered me at a reduced fee a said we would talk again and she felt the success I experience will get me to do the 1 year plan. She never said it was a recurring fee.

Once I noticed the charge,  that instant I contacted them and they refused to give me a refund.  It was moments from the charge. I know others have been scammed and should be refunded for a service they did not want and did not work.
