Clift Excavating Brandon Clift Hired them to install drains and pvc piping to our back yard . They did not do what I showed them and as a result I now have to hire someone else to regrade so I don't get flooding Edgerton WI

In March of 2019, I hired this company to grade our back yard, install PVC piping and install 2 downspouts from our garage and shop to aid in removing flooding.
I explained to him what I wanted graded and how deep to install the drains. It was not what I explained to him so I called him and told him I needed the drains raised. He returned the next day but he was not happy with the request.
After doing this, he made me sign a sheet that stated I would not contact him again regarding this issue. As a result, I now have to hire someone else to regrade the area that Clift Excavating didn't do.
Also, they left large dents in the yard where they brought in their machines. He had told me that he would leave everything in good shape so I could reseed my back yard. They did not.
I am not happy with their work.
