Filed bankruptcy on March 13, 2020 so they took our money while preparing their bankruptcy.

We are not the only ones.  There are 18 pages on people who they screwed.

This is in regards to an order placed for cabinets on February 6, 2020.  Order was placed.

I have also attached their Facebook page, which is still active even though they filed a bankruptcy on March 143, 2020.

Our cabinets were never made or shipped.

We contacted them 50 times over a few days between March 20 and the 25th. Of March.  We received return texts that they would call us the next day.

From Facebook we found out that they called all of the employees in on March 20, 2020 and fired everyone and closed their doors.

Their website is still up.  They solicited us from Lily Cabinets and try to sell us the cabinets and let us pay for them again.

Please advise if further documentation is required.

Thank you

Cliqstudios Bankruptcy Todd Nichols

AUTHOR: Judi - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, May 04, 2020

Cliqstudios and Todd Nichols were in the process of taking our money while they filed bankruptcy.

From what I understand they screwed Lily Ann cabinets as well.  We had a positive experience with Lily Ann Cabinets a few years ago.  It is my underestanding that the TODD NICHOLS on of the high paid people at Cliqstudios is now with RTASTORE spreading his charm.  With 50 million dollars in bankruptcy they had to be doing something wrong.

Look up the bankruptcy procedure to make your claim for refund

I have nothing to do with this cabinet company at all. There are procedures that a creditor has to follow in order to receive a payout from the bankruptcy court. It is entirely possible that there aren't enough assets to pay creditor of Cliq Studios, but please look up the right procedure to make a claim for your deposit/cabinet payments through the BK system. This website (Ripoff Report) doesn't have the ability to go around the BK court system.
