I am currently a Landlord client with a property in Oakdale, I was refered to Cloverland by my Real Estate Agent over 2 years ago, at all times I have corresponded with a Property Specialist by the name of Kelly Mayfield. I am now canceling my contract. Over the last 2 years I have been repeatedly lied to, promises made and not kept, wasted money and finally, embarrassed.
I don't ask for much, maintain the property as if was your own, pay the rent and be a courteous neighbor... for this oversight I relied upon Cloverland and Kelly Mayfield. They have failed. After some inquiries this week, I have some answers. Below you will find another property managed by Cloverland... this one the personal residence of Ms Mayfield, the pictures are current and were Emailed to me this week. If an employee maintains this as their own residence... how should I expect anything for my own investment?

We do not Property manage these units that Steve AKA Kurt is even talking about. His Dad owns the property and manages them himself which has nothing to do with Century 21 MM or Cloverland Property Management.
Steve AKA Kurt is just trying to cause trouble because he doesn't like his neighbor he is complaining about.
