Aug 23 2021 left a 2500 deposit on a 5k couch. Was told it was going to be delivered Jan/ Feb of 22. February came around and I inquired about the couch. I was then told it was going to be a few more weeks. May comes around, still no couch, again told it was going to be a few more weeks.
June comes- says it will be done in July. July comes- has ignored every text or call, and ignores emails. Asked for a refund- ignored again. Here we are in September, not a word from him in months.
Apparently I'm not the only person with problems. He has many negative reviews on yelp.
At this point he is a criminal, basically a thief who took my money and pretends as if he will deliver an item, and then never does. Charges will be filed.
