coach training edu... aka john andrew wiliams owner academic life coaching they stole my money $347 and didnt refund me back to card. portland oregon

I went on coach training edu website to get more info on excutive coaching but  little did i know i was charged $299 and $50 registration fee.this was done on april 25th. i immediately called the company and of course no answer on the phone or their email. so i filed a claim with my credit card company. suddenly they reached out to me after 3 days and they requested that i drop claim in order to receive my refund so i did. huge mistake.

they told me to submit withdrawl letter to them which idid but not good enough. then they requested a screen shot of letter but still not good enough.now they are requesting a screen shot of billing  charge which i submitted and waiting on reply.they said it takes 72 days for refund which is unheard of.This dispute has been going on for over 45 days and still no refund.i didnt get any products or services for the $347 so let me make that clear.

i requested information on a program and they ch arged me and didnt refund me. i put claim as fraud to discover but now that i dropped claim, discover cant assist me..i want to warn everyone about this scam company as they have programs thats 7k and more...they cant refund $347 me and do the right thing ,so imagine $7k? "Beware of this company and run fast..
