Within weeks of listing several properties, numerous offers were coming in; they received offers that matched my BPO selling price and refused the offers. I addressed current issues/concerns about a particular property only to receive an obnoxious and threatening phone call from Sean Irwin. They discriminated against buyers, they are hostile towards Realtors, they are uncooperative, unaccommodating and boorish. I have written and reported them to the owner's of record.
