Narrative:

I am writing to report a likely fraudulent online retailer that appears to be scamming customers. Approximately ten days ago, I placed an order with this company through their live website. The funds for this order have since cleared my bank account. Despite the payment being processed, my order remains in a "processing" status, and I have not received any indication that it will be shipped.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the company regarding my order. I sent two separate messages through their official communication channels but received no response whatsoever. In an attempt to reach them by phone, I discovered that their listed store number is disconnected.

Given the complete lack of communication and the inability to reach anyone at the company, combined with my order remaining unfulfilled after payment has cleared, it appears this company is intentionally taking customers' money without any intention of sending the purchased merchandise. This behavior is consistent with a pattern of fraudulent activity and suggests they are operating a scam.

Based on my experience and what appears to be similar reports from other customers, this business should be investigated immediately and shut down to prevent further financial harm to consumers. They are actively accepting payments for goods they are not delivering.
