Firstly, I must say that the individuals I've dealt with are the most unprofessional and rudest I've encountered in my decade-long industry experience. With over 40 years in business and currently consulting for various clients, I reached out to inquire why my client's ACH withdrawals had ceased (likely due to a contract clause threatening a $10,000 lawsuit for missed payments). Repeated hang-ups met her calls for clarification, and I received a barrage of curse words from Jack regarding the matter. They charged my client an exorbitant 97% interest rate and imposed an additional $10,000 penalty. These individuals are deplorable, seemingly raised with no respect for anything beyond their ruthless pursuit of money. I have resolved to cease all interactions with them and have counseled my client to safeguard against such predatory behavior. In an industry rife with scams, it's disheartening to encounter such conduct.
