This incompetent person was paid every single penny he demanded to build my bus/tiny home on wheels to the tune of more than $10K. He demanded a $2K materials fund from which he stole $150 from and refused to reimburse or show receipts for, claiming it was for undocumented "incidentals".

When I came to pick up my bus, he had left it out in the rain for at least several hours and when I entered, it was soaked with rain, destroying all of the $10K+ worth of woodwork I had paid for. He then refused to help me put a tarp over it so I could transport it to someone who could assist me with the leak coming from the fire escape which he had assured me he would check/fix.

When I asked him to pay me for the $150 he still owed me in materials, and the $500 I was charged from my mechanic to dry out the water damage, he refused. He then demanded that he would only pay me $300 of all $650 he owed me IF I signed an NDA, which I refused to do.

He then threatened me with legal action if I in any way shape or form told the public of my experience with him, as if the truth was considered slander, defamation or libel. He says he charges $40 per hour but then works super slow so that it amounts to thousands of dollars for very little work that is actually accomplished.
