I ordered said item on yahoo home page on May 30th 2023. $59.98 plus $4.98 s&h. Total $64.96. I followed the tracking and on June 14th they said it was delivered. I wrote them back and said it wasn't. We e-mailed everyday. Then they said they made a mistake and delivered a small package with polorized sunglasses in the box. I told them I didn't get any package. They said if I send them back the small package they would deliver the lawn mower. I said I didn't get any small package to send back. I asked for a full refund or to send a new package with the lawn mower. They offered me a refund of 20% of the total price. I told them that they can't get away with keeping 80% of my money.That's when I contacted you people.
