On the internet, I came upon this agency.

They asked for a deposit of $23,000 when I went to look at a property with them, which I did. After a few weeks, I got in touch with them to arrange a meeting so we could sign the contract, but they said there was an issue with the documents and they needed more time. Then they called me and said that I was responsible for paying for the property because it was registered in my name, but they failed to provide me with any paperwork to prove this.

They're offering for sale real estate without titles. Please tread carefully!
