HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND HORRIBLE COMPANY OVERALL!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!This was the most horrible experience by a horrible company.
I purchased two Coleman Minibikes and both were not working within a week of very light use. Besides being made with junky weak materials they are usually put together by some employee in back who doesn't tighten any bolts or connections. If it doesn't fall apart on you before it breaks I would be very surprised.
After calling their warranty department who were preemptively rude and quick to try to get out of fixing the bike even before it was looked at. The bikes are total crap and their customer service it horrible. I literally got two weeks out of these bikes before they took a crap.
Save your money if you’re thinking about buying anything the the name Coleman on it. The one bike just about killed my kids. After taking it to their recommended service center - it came back to us with the throttle jammed in full throttle.
Had my kid of been hurt or killed this would of gone very different for Coleman. In the meantime i have $1,000 worth of crap that doesn't work sitting in my garage. Save your money DON'T buy from this company.
I am a single mom of 3 kids and I saved a year to buy these bikes and now not even a year later and both have broken multiple times and the one with the throttle issue cannot be ridden. I just hope and pray i can save one parent the stress and save you the money you will spend on the bike and all the repairs as well as the heartbreak of your child when the bike is broken more than it runs.
