I observed three unauthorized membership fees charged to my account $20.00 for each of the 3 memberships. The first two unauthorized memenship charges occurred twice in the same month of March 1, 2024 and March 21, 2024 and again on Junei 21, 2024.
As soon as I noticed the error. I wrote an email to the attention of Sierra Club member services regarding three $20.00 membership fees charged to my account.
I emailed the Sierra Club and requeated a refund for the 3 unauthorized charges to my account on the following different dates and time of day;
1. September 9, 2024 at 11:06am
2. September 10, 2024 at 3:38pm
3. September 12, 2024 at 9:09pm
4. September 13, 2024 at 6:45am
5. October 1, 2024 at 2:38am
6. October 2, 2024 at 9:22pm
In each email correspondence I sent to the Sierra Club, I provided the 3 dates (5/1/24, 5/11/24 & 6/21/24. and dollar amounts for each of the 3 memberships ($20/membership). Total of $60.00.
