I had a very disappointing experience with Columbia and their shipping process. My package (Tracking Number: 226428691) was supposed to arrive on November 10, 2024, but it was marked as delivered, and I never received it. Despite contacting customer service, they closed the investigation stating the carrier confirmed delivery.
I followed all the suggested steps, including contacting the carrier directly, but the issue remains unresolved. It feels like I am being passed around without any real resolution.
I expected better support and accountability from Columbia. At this point, I either need a refund or a replacement for my order. Very dissatisfied with the lack of follow-through.
