COLUSA Excessive toll fees/ $160 in ADMIN fees on $3 toll fees all posted within 30 minutes on a 4 day $62 rental. Miami, Florida,

We rented a car from COLUSA on 05/19/2019 and returned it on 05/23/2019 for a total of $62 which was reflected on my next Chase card  statement.  On the following momths ststement there was the charge of $163 with no explanation of what the charge was for.  After many attempts to obtain documentation I received a response on 08/27/2019.

We used google to avoid Sunpass tolls.   At no time during our travels did we see notification that we were entering a toll road.  This seems to be a rip-off  for tourists in the Miami area.  I question the ADMIN fees and who gets them.
