U.S Bank, should be investigated for changing customers, overdraft and insufficient funds charges.......

They say I owe them 2500, for insufficient funds.............  I hadn't used the account for months!

How had you mis-used your account in the previous months.

Most banks don't just decide to tack on illegal, bogus charges.

What, specifically did the cite as the reason for the charge(s)?
