The Community Builders in Albany NY - What an Unprofessional Place to Work! Horrifically Run Company Albany NY

I do not know why the situation that goes on in the Albany office of affordable housing company, The Community Builders, is continuously allowed to go on and go on.  The individual in charge is so "fried" that she comes in to work at nine o'clock in the morning with her eyes all weirdly glowing and rolling up into her head. She is often far out of touch with reality, as a result.  She thinks her employees are doing things that are not even happening. 

There have been numerous complaints over the years about her but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING gets done about removing her from her six-figure salaried job and bringing in a sober and competent person.  This woman is so terrible that at one point during a staff meeting she even said that she, as a white woman, doesn't get arrested for her marijuana use, but black residents in some of TCB's housing do! 

I don't know what goes on in the Boston Headquarters that this creature is allowed to remain on the staff, but you really have to wonder why they keep her.  Consequently the jobs there are like a circus and I would not recommend anyone to joining this company.
