LIES, DECEIT, FALSIFIED leasing contract…I was told by manager she would destroy my credit with no agreed terms unless I moved in to altered amounts after 5 days . CYPRESS at STONE OAK, Morgan, Minerva,Payton , African American manager from Georgia…The moment I walked in to find a new home it was all a LIE, they had dogs running around fighting in management office and unhappy residents over the phone.

I was demanded to pay by credit card on a contract that was never confirmed in price, deposits. I was never told about a deposit or fees as washer and dryer until I was told to sign. I was told I was approved and deal was done once employment was verified but contract was signed, money paid then a $700 deposit signed in contract was altered…. Terms changed now a $2100 deposit plus rent.

I will not take an apartment that cannot be upfront and honest about move in. Morgan stated if not approved to original terms money would be given back. Now because they see 15,000 in income I’m just going to pay it…. Really, I need someone in charge to call me immediately. I called and answering service said office function was going on and no one answered over three hours. Call me Andrea 2/24/2022
