Contour Airlines - doesn't care about causing missed flights! Phoenix Arizona

I flew Contour from Show Low AZ to Phoenix with one checked bag. Upon arrival in PHX me and three other passengers waited for 70 minutes for our bags to be available at the carousel. This caused us all to miss our connecting flights and I incurred a $280 charge for a new ticket. American Airlines ramp agents handle the offload and baggage for Contour and I could see the ramp agents just talking and texting on the ramp next to my bag. One of the agents said they had to wait for a Contour manager to come down to the bags and "check them in" before the agents were allowed to take the bags to the carousel. I contacted Contour phone agents, supervisors, and finally their CEO Matt Chaifetz, but none of them would help. I sent emails, a certified letter, and called Chaifetz phone, all communication attempts were ignored. If you have to fly on this airline, plan on excessive delays, schedule any connecting flights HOURS after Contour is scheduled to arrive at your destination.
