The Contractors State License Board (CSLB) has become a breeding ground for corruption, misconduct, and abuse of power—all under the protective shield of government immunity.

What was meant to be a regulatory body protecting consumers and ensuring ethical practices in the construction industry has instead become an unchecked organization targeting

legitimate businesses for personal and political agendas.

Individuals like David Fogt, Conway Daniel, Matt Boeck, Arlene Borboa, Ubaldo Sanchez, and Adriana have shown blatant bias and misconduct. In a particularly disturbing case,

they wrongfully pressured Sergio Alvarado into falsely accusing my company of violations we never committed. This isn't just negligence—it’s weaponized bureaucracy used to

destroy reputations and businesses without accountability.

The situation escalated to the point of a physical altercation involving their own investigator, Amanda Martinez—a clear sign that professionalism and order have completely

broken down inside this agency. Other figures like Steve Grove and CSLB’s so-called "industry experts" only made matters worse by fabricating violations, adding scope to

contracts that didn’t exist, and twisting facts to justify shutting us down.

These “industry experts” act more like hitmen with licenses—hired guns to validate the CSLB’s narrative, no matter how far from the truth it may be. They are not there to

inspect or evaluate fairly. They're there to eliminate small businesses under the guise of consumer protection.

And all of this is happening while the CSLB arrogantly hides behind government immunity, ignoring the very laws they claim to uphold. They preach integrity, yet practice

coercion. They claim to protect the public, yet destroy livelihoods based on manufactured evidence and internal politics.

The CSLB must be defunded, restructured, and investigated at the federal level. There should be indictments for those involved in these abuses of power. This is not regulation.

This is a state-sponsored attack on business owners with no recourse.

If you’re a contractor in California, beware. The CSLB is not here to help you. It is here to target, silence, and destroy—all while staying immune from any consequences.
