The most incompetent , pot smoking staff work and run this wasted taxpayer agency. An Obama loser directs the.organization. No wonder it is such a lowsy organization. Donisse will lose your paperwork. They don't keep you informed of Zoom meetings. Then you lose your privilege to take your Housing voucher with you because of their lack of communications. Why do they hire these incompetent persons in subsidized housing type work? You think they could have more skilled, competent people that are tentative to the needs of their clients. These people are not very professional at all. That's saying alot. They just blow you off  for years, months and won't update your information at your request. The people running this agency are so stupid and are in it fir the money. They don't want to help anyone. It's obvious. Could be the reason they process so many drug dealer blacks and  get them free housing in the cook county suburbs area. HUD doesn't give a crap about anything.
