On a of 7, 2022 I purchased a few products noting that they were set to ship "1-2 weeks" but they then said it would take 1-3 weeks. We are now one month and 3 weeks later and they have not shipped my order. They do not respond to phone calls, and ignore emails, and request to cancel and refund. there are 277+ similar complaints on site jabber alone, and Windsor PD said they are aware of fraud claims being made by customers.
