I paid the owner Gloria in the year of 2017, $1400.00 up front for credit repair for my wife and I. We was guaranteed in 6months time our credit would be clean and would be able to purchase a home. The following month I received a bill that I had to pay $100.00  for my wife and I each monthly for the service. I paid the monthly payment received  mail from creditors as was told and also had to mail letters weekly to cosmos more money to be paid.

After 6months still no change in credit score. I contacted Gloria the owner and was told that it's taking a little longer than usual. She ask to give her several more months and we would definitely see results. 14 months came around still no results. They continue to deduct the monthly payment out of my account for about 6 more months. Gloria the owner wouldn't  return any of our phone calls, nor emails. When we would show up to her office she was never in the office, and was always in meetings as I was told  by employees when called or visited the office. But when we told her we wanted to pay the $1400.00 all at once, she called us for about a week to see what time work for us to come in.

She was there at the door opening the door for us to take our money. It's now the year of  2020 we have continued to try to reach Gloria through phone calls and going to her office but every time she's always in a meeting, on the phone or not in. Before agreeing to let her company repair our credit we explained to Gloria that we paid someone $2,400 a couple of years back to repair our credit in Auburn, Alabama to repair our credit and he scammed us, so she showed us all of these people who credit she had repaired and how satisfied they were and that she'll never do anything like that. We trusted her, but she lied to us and scammed us. And it's not fair, something needs to be done, what she did was not right and not fair. Please we're asking for someone  to please help us.

Sincerely,

Mr. & Mrs. Cotton

You "explained" to this person that you had been scammed out of money by someone else--- and then demonstrated that you and your wife are as dumb as a box of rocks and proceeded to get scammed in exactly the same way AGAIN?  No wonder your credit sucks.  You are two morons who have no business handling money.  Please, don't breed! Let the damage end with your generation!

$2400 you could have used to deal with your creditors but instead handed to plausible scammers.  Just perfect.  And you think you can handle mortgage payments?  Six months in, you'd be handing the money for your mortgage to a passing wizard in exchange for a bag of magic beans.  Please.
