DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'll make a long story short on this one but this company is dishonest as they come. My wife and I moved from Florida to Texas this past week. We went online to purchase a couch and entertainment stand from World Market. Made the purchase, received confirmation and the amount appeared on my pending bank transactions.

This morning I received an email from World Market that our order had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. I called World Market Customer Service, the representative that picked up sounded like she just crawled out of bed and went on to  give me the runaround about how our order was cancelled due to billing issues.

Our billing address is indeed different from our shipping address but this is nothing out of the ordinary as ALL checkouts contain the question "is your billing address the same as your shipping". Mind you, we have purchasing items for the past week like the online and my bank has processed every single transaction. I went over the addresses with the rep and said these are the correct addresses so nothing should have been alarming.

She puts me on hold, comes back 5 minutes later "I am sorry Sir but the order was cancelled in error. Feel free to go back online and complete your order again". I responded " Don't you think because the error was on your end maybe you should complete the order on your end for me, why do I have to do the leg work?" She explained that she could not do that. 





When this happens, I never buy from that company again. Apparently they don't want my business so the result can be just that, they don't get. However, I was still a little taken back about the whole situation so I went online to see if maybe the product had an "out of stock" on it. Come to find out, the price is now $999.00 instead of the $799.99 I paid for it online the night before. 

YOU CANCELLED MY ORDER BECAUSE YOU WANTED ME TO PAY THE $999.99 PRICE INSTEAD OF HONORING THE PRICE I PAID THE NIGHT BEFORE. PROVE ME WRONG.
