We moved into this nasty trailer on January of 2021 . When we moved in we quickly realized it was infested with fleas and had a roach problem then along came a huge mice issue which brought in more bugs . We have had to call pest control more times then I can count but still have no effect . We've had poisonous spiders as well . No help from the landlord and not a care in the world from her .

We have also been calling for maintenance since April and they have only came out twice and didn't even fix the issues . All the floors are falling in , the cabinets are coming apart the roof leaks in multiple places . We have had code enforcement out here more times then their maintenance. They owner is a smart mouthed person and does not care about anything but what goes in her pockets . She has now sprung a 30 day notice to vacate on us after saying we could renew the lease .

They lie and use mental abuse as a way to scare you into leaving . I have it all on recording and all the pictures of the house . They are now having a family of 7 possibly homeless and they don't even care and we paid the rent up for a year. They want your money that's all they care about. Do not rent from these people . You will lose some much that you invested in with keeping their property liveable only for them to make you homeless ! Run away from these people !
