I took my Grandfathers 2008 Ford F150 to Courtesy Ford In Conyers Ga for a repair. Kennard the Service manager assistant call me back and said it would be $400 diagnostic charge. I asked him why was the diagnostic so expensive he said because Ford will tell me everything wrong with the truck and not just one issue like other garages. I paid $400 for grandfather.

Nick Fisher who stated he was the service Manager himself call back and stated that the truck had a bad ECM computer and that it would cost $1700 to repair. I first called another repair place to see how much they would charge to replace the ECM. Mind you I was quoted $495. I called back Nick and Kennard and told them of the price I quoted from a different repair place. Nick stated that their ASI Ford Technicians are the best in the industry and that the repair came with a backed up Courtesy Ford warranty and guarentee.

We paid my the $1700. Kinnard called my grandfather right after and told him that he needed a Tune Up and fluid flush. This was not true because a Tune Up was just done on the truck 1 week before it was brought there. Never mentioned anything else was wrong. My grand father declined. Kinnard then stated his truck was ready and he can come get it. My grandfather is 80 years old so I had to bring him to come get the truck.





When we arrived my grandfather could not turn the wheel it was so hard. The windows would not let down. The lights nor radio would work either. AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. Ford closes at 7pm and it was 7:05 pm.. to add injury to insult the Truck died after pulling a thousand feet out of Courtesy Ford of Conyers Parking lot. It was doing the same thing it was doing when we brought it in.

We had to get a Tow driver to tow it back to Courtesy Ford. I then called to speak to Nick Fisher the service manager who apologized and stated they would fix the truck. He then called back and stated that it was not the ECU it was in fact the throttle body assembly. And it would be another $1000.00 to fix. I at that point I filed a complaint. They misdiagnosed the truck and tried to make us pay for their fault.





Later another guy called and said they would replace the throttle body for the same price as computer since they goofed up and will eat the cost. I have it in writing that they promised to put back the truck the way it was brought there especially the steering wheel. There were fuses all on the floor, cigarette smoke smell inside truck, dirt and oil from shoes on the carpet. And they even broke the steering wheel cover.

NICK fisher starts to become not the nice guy he portrayed over the phone. He instructed Kennard to call us and state that we had 12 hours to come and remove truck before they impounded it. I cant make this up. We paid $1700 for repair and $400 for diagnostic. They kept the truck for 3 weeks and it still does the same thing it did when we brought it to them. Courtesy Ford Of Conyers took advantage of my 80 year old Grandfather.

Nick Fisher and Kinnard are running a mafia scare tactic repair shop. They are over charging for repairs they dont even make. In addition, they are treating peoples vehicles like their personal cars. I'm out of $2,200.00. Had to rent a car for 3 weeks, Three towing services charges only to have my truck not working, doing the same thing, and Courtesy Ford refuses to do anything about it.

Don't EVER AGAIN take your out of warranty car to ANY dealer for repairs...NEVER AGAIN! Everybody knows the FRAUD and DECEPTION is RAMPANT on the sales floor and finance office. That FRAUD and DECEPTION has now flown into the shop like raw sewage on a downhill street. That's a FACT.

This is a car dealer which LIES about the real price of cars they sell then make up the difference with a $700 BOGUS, FAKE, ADD-ON fee. You expect them to be honest with you? Find an independent shop where you will not find PRICE GOUGING.

You will receive service by actual real mechanics instead of parts changers, NO PRICE GOUGING, excellent customer service, NO PRICE GOUGING and fair prices You have seen what this dealer scum has done to you. Don't ever again go to a dealer shop.

You will be setting yourself up for price gouging, fake mechanics and management which could care less about you but looks at you as another "mark" to PRICE GOUGE. That's the well deserved reputation the Sleazy American Car Business has given itself=OBVIOUS FACT!
