Cover Your Grass Irrigation Caused $2,500 worth of damage and will not return calls Lewisville TX

This is my experience with Cover Your Grass.

July 19, 2020: Hired them to fix a large leak in my sprinkler system and ensure all zones working properly. Cost was $1,275.00.

August of 2021:  Noticed that 2 of the zones were not coming on where Cover Your Grass fixed the leak and sprinklers.  Had a different licensed irrigation repair company come out and inspect.  They stated that Cover Your Grass bypassed the two zones essentially shut off all of those sprinklers in order to fix the leak. No water is getting to them. This is obviously not what I wanted nor would approve.  Cost to undo what Cover Your Grass did is $2,500.00.

Sept 20, 2021: Called Cover Your Grass to come inspect their work and validate that they did, in fact, cut off 2 of my sprinkler zones.  Hopefully we could come to some agreement.

Oct 1, 2021:  Appointment with Cover Your Grass to come out. Received a text early morning of 10/01/21 stating he would need to cancel because of rain. It never rained on 10/01/21.

Oct 8, 2021: Appointment with Cover Your Grass. Again, they did not show. This time they did not leave a message to cancel nor reschedule. I left a voicemail message on 10/08/21 asking if they were going to come out or if they never intended to come to please let me know.  

Oct 11, 2021: I received a call from Cover Your Grass on 10/11/21 for them to come out on 10/12/21 at 3PM.

Oct 12, 2021: Appointment with Cover Your Grass. Again, they did not show up.  Nor did they call or text to cancel. It was not raining during the afternoon of 10/12/21.

Oct 18, 2021: I left message with Cover Your Grass. I asked them to please let me know if they ever intended on coming to home so I can make alternate arrangements.

Oct 21, 2021: The date I am writing this. Have not received a return call from Cover Your Grass.
