While in a position of trust - employed as a Chief Financial Officer
- Stole in excess of $100kAud, by presenting receipts that were for personal expenses and personally signing them off.
- Knowingly misrepresneted figures which resulted in the company having to be wound up/liquidated - was previously turning over $20MAud
- When questioned on the above by the company owner and Managing Director - replied "well i thought I'd better not report the figures as it would result in me losing my job"
