Brad Dalhover is a classless and rude customer service "professional" for Crosstrax software. They deleted a complete data set that my office added to Crosstrax.

After they deleted my case data, Brad sent me my available case data, not password protected, after Brad promised they have no way of seeing my case information, bullsh*t.

I wouldn't be so concerned but now I know, Crosstrax is a competitor of mine, they are a nationwide investigation business. If I had known they were competitor, I never would have signed up for this.

When I tried to export my case data myself, I got another businesses data instead of my own. That's when Brad said he had no idea how that happened and sent me my info directly, so obviously he had access all along!

False Claim. Here are the facts

AUTHOR: Patrick - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, February 18, 2021

It is truly unfortunate that someone would take time to post false information on a site such as this.  Our reputation is important to us and we have no problem responding to inaccurate information and providing the facts. For convenience, we have numbered the false statements contained in this report.

  1. This issue was reported by “Suzzane”. There are no CROSStrax users with this name and the individual felt it necessary to use a fake name.
  2. CROSStrax has never deleted an active user’s data. The user has the ability to log into their account and retrieve their data at any time. If the user is having trouble with this simple process, our team does have the ability to send them a secure link to retrieve the data.  This link is sent directly from our administration panel and is not copy and pasted through traditional email.
  3. This post states “after they deleted my case data, Brad sent me my available case data”. Wait, I thought we deleted it?  You later go on to state again “….and sent me my info directly”.  It would seem difficult to send your information to you if we deleted your case data.
  4. CROSStrax is a sister company of TIG Risk Services. We do not hide that fact and that is how CROSStrax has become the best case management platform on the market. It has been created by investigators and used by investigators.  This post states “If I had known they were a competitor…..” If you would have done any amount of due diligence and checked out the About Us section of our website, https://www.crosstrax.co/about/ we make it pretty clear.

We could continue and dissect this post further but it’s pretty clear the individual who wrote this exaggerated and is attempting to damage our reputation.  That is truly unfortunate.  Had the user posted their real name, a member of our team would have reached out and discussed this matter.  Since that is not the case, we can only post the facts in a public rebuttal.  If the user chooses to come forward and provide their real name and contact information, we will be happy to discuss with the user and clear up any confusion for them.
