CrowdTap.com They cancelled my acct but refused to tell me why.

I have been in dozens of past survey sites and have never had any troubles.. I join this site..I do some basic short surveys on day one and that was it.. Each day after this there were no surveys at all. Finally,I emailed them to ask basically what I may need to do to increase these.. I receive-you have violated ourterms of service and so we have cancelled this account.. I ask them why? They dont wish to answer..

They seemed rather arrogant about it as though us members are beneath them. Couldnt find no actual address or phone numbers. I feel really sorry for those that have built up alot of cash and then thrown out without any explanations besides-you violated tos.. Its a shame because the program appears to be pretty good.. Its too bad they dont have the integrity to go along with it.
