Crown Plaza banned me from there public lobby hotel as a whole. Blamed me for harrassment of there staff for a date when in fact they were asking me to date them or on behalf of the staff they are trying to set me up with. Did not provide me a room to stay and would not work with me about it. Jacksonville FL

I had tried booking a hotel room with them. I was unable to get a room for whatever reason so I booked elsewhere. I was told to visit to lobby area and eat at the food and beverage of there hotel which is open to the public facility like the bar for food and spirits.

Unfortunately after several weeks regular visit spending 30-$50 night I was interrupted in the middle of my meal minding my own business as usual and was asked to leave the hotel.

The individual was partially bald man about six foot dark hair no glasses. He was the manager on duty and when asked why I was being asked to be removed. Indicated I had asked out his staff members for a date and other things which was not specific about. He also called me a lier and did not given more explanation.

I asked who gave him these accusations as the week before I was told by the assistant manager who apparently his boss with him present that I could and should continue to stay. Again weird, as I am customer future client and was treated like an employee.

I left as was asked pleasantly and revisited the next day to find out the assistant manager indicated they had a meeting and that I should take my business elsewhere. I said what reasons and she gave me none. I had asked for business card she gave me hers and her boss manager of the hotel. I told her I would complain about this and she said nothing.
