WARNING, AVOID NCL and Cruise Next.

They will take your money and you have no recourse to get it back, NONE!!! We purchased a few Cruise Next vouchers while on board a cruise last year. A year later we booked cruises to use these prepaid vouchers to find out that they had been canceled three months after we purchased them.

I called corporate in Miami and they said I needed to talk to Cruise Next on board the ship, stating they have no office/land line here. I asked why they were canceled and why I was never notified. I was told they did not know why they were canceled months later and said that NCL does not notify customers that they are canceling their booking nor vouchers.

Yes, DID YOU HEAR that??? NCL will cancel YOUR cruise or voucher and will NOT notify you, so you think you still have a cruise coming up, but they already canceled it, kept YOUR money, and sold it to another person!!!

I contacted my credit card company and they informed me that over 60 days had past and I can no longer dispute the charges. NCL STOLE from me!!!! They knew exactly what they were doing and now are covering their trail, passing the buck to someone unreachable, or so they say.

I did eventually go to an NCL ship and talk to the Cruise Next depatment. Guess what they told me, they can't help me, I would have to call corporate. Once again, passing the buck, avoiding the fact that they SCAMMED me.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! AVOID NCL and Cruise Next, they are crooks!!!
