I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealer on 01/20/2025. Within 24 hours I found that it will not reverse and the transmission is broken. This was verified by a separate mechanic and a professor at NTI in mooresville. They confirmed that this defect would have been known to the dealership prior to sale. They purposely concealed the defect by pulling through double spaces to ensure I didn't need to reverse. I have asked that they replace the transmission but they have not responded if they will follow through.

Did YOU even take this thing for a TEST DRIVE where YOU put it in reverse???? What in the world is wrong with you people???? Why do YOU express apprehension about if they will fix this? Did YOU even READ any of what YOU signed where it would have very clearly told you the car comes with a warranty or its an AS IS purchase! If it is an AS IS purchase, do YOU have the slightest clue as to what THAT means???? What about FAKE FEES? Since YOU apparently didn't even bother to READ what you were agreeing to, did YOU just go along with BOGUS, ADD-ON, FAKE FEES like dealer fee, documentation fee, electronic title fee or any of the other "official sounding" but PURELY FAKE FEES named that way to DECEIVE you? Since you apparently didn't have the COMMON SENSE to do a TEST DRIVE, it is doubtful you even READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE you agreed to it! Now you come here to blame them when YOU and YOU ALONE was the final defense against this! Like I said, you people are absolutely amazing and perfect examples of the "Dumbing Down of America"!
