CSRA Kwik Dry Darrion Hershner damaged my floors and stopped answering my phone calls and texts in attempts to get the damaged repaired in Augusta Georgia

I had high hopes for Darrion and his company after being referred to him, but after my experience, I would not recommend CSRA Kwik Dry to anyone. After speaking with him the day before and talking to him about his end to end process along with providing measurements, Darrion came out to my home to clean my hardwood floors on June 1st. 

In the process of him cleaning, he gouged my floor pretty deep with his bulky equipment. In addition, he sealant he sprayed on the floors left spots all over. He had to redo most of the floor again to try to remove them. He was able to get some, but not all of the spots. After he did that and I asked him about the gouge, Darrion stated that he had a guy who could take care of it, no problem.

He took a picture and everything. Three days later, I text him to follow up because I hadn't heard from the guy about repairing my floor. After about 6 hours, I call him and the phone just rings. I call him again, he answers, puts me on hold and hangs up. This was that Friday. I call him Saturday afternoon again trying to get in touch, he finally answers and states that he would call the guy to check up on him.

I ask him when I would get a call back and from whom, he said it would be shortly and he would call me back.

Needless to say, he never called me back. He wouldn't return my text nor phone calls after leaving messages. He basically did a poor job, damaged my floor and took off with my money. Today is June 30th and still no response from him nor his "floor guy". I'm am now having to consult with an attorney to see what my options are.

I can't tell people who to use and not to use, but I will tell you to beware if you are considering to use CSRA Kwik Dry.

This poor experience has made me think twice about doing business in the future with small businesses because of the low to no accountability.
