I am disputing this $295.90 charge because the key fob programming service I received on July 29, 2025, was faulty. The technician from CT Locksmith Seattle programmed a key fob for my 2012 Nissan Altima, and while it worked at first, it stopped functioning shortly after.
I contacted the company immediately and was told someone would follow up. Despite waiting and following up again, I never received a return call or service visit.
I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with the business, but they have failed to provide a working service or a refund. I am requesting a chargeback.
