Culver city Chevrolet Jessie being treated wrong and scammed. This is a terrible place to work!! Im very discouraged over how every month im taking advantage of when getting paid. I have been working here over a year, and for some reason my sales have decreased over months!

I dont understanding why the owner is doing this or allowing the girls in BDC take my deals. They are like a" mafia Gang" ....all the same( Mexican Race ) and stealing from me. This is the worst place to work, I have never heard of a sales man only getting a small commission part of a luxury sell off the lot. This is a scam to use us to make the owner money.

I have been a sales man here over a year now and watched new hired sales man walk off the job because of this madness. I only work here because its convenient to my apartment in Hawthorne CA. Im looking for a new job and keeping my eyes open for better in my life. My manager Carlos is a hater and always pushing me to get into it with him so I will walk away from working here.

I have to force myself to get along with all the Mexican sales people here because im the only African American man here besides one in the service department. I know for a fact the girls in BDC are sleeping around with managers and using them to take all the calls by given them favoritism.

Cassandra's the boss and she allows them to take advantage of me and still my deals. Adrianna is a hustler and a lie.... not to be trusted or even believe ANYTHING that comes out of her mouth. Eveyone else here is cool and the owner is a fair man just trying to run his business. Alex the desk manager is cool even though we had a argument months back and I wanted to leave and find another job.

I think the girls in BDC are making false emails and using them as froud to make there own emails as if the customers they sold cars to are responding for reviews. Just scandals after scandals if you ask me. This is my first sales job and I'm tired of this Vibe at work. All I asked for was good Vibes and all I get is a cut  check every month. Jessie
