Kathleen Cunningham knowingly insures EE Transport Inc out of Springfield, MA even after they were warned that this auto transport company violates the rules and conditions laid out by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.  

EE Transport drove my vehicle from CT to FL rather than put it on their truck.  They did not provide a proper bill of lading that was filled out with the mileage.  They forced me to pay upon delivery before I received my car key.   When I finally was able to start my car the carrier (EE Transport) was driving away in their truck.... that is when I noticed the 1100 plus miles on my Tacoma.  

I called Kathleen and she told me to go F#@$# myself.   She is not required to check anything with these foreigners that buy trucks in the USA and pull these scams.   Shame on you Kathleen for giving the tools necessary for them to drive down theh road and ripoff consumers.  Shame on you!  

Attn:  Attorney for the consumer ripped off by this carrier and fraudulent insurance company.... please use this review to start a class action lawsuit against them.   There is an incendent report with the Case Number 20-01069 in Florida where this carrier is harassing the broker trying to spin everything against the broker who did everything possible to protect the consumer.  Fact... no mileage was put on the bill of lading at point A nor at point B.  The bill of lading did not even have the carrier name on it - FRAUD!   Namik - with EE Transport Inc hires drivers that pull scams and hurt consumers.  THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.  TOTAL SCAM COMPANY.
