CXN Sales / Management training programn (Bullsh*t!) Conshocken, Pennsylvania

To protect you people looking for a job (like the rest of us)!

Im an individual looking for a job who was recently laid off. I have been searching countless hours online, craigslist, monster, career builder ect And CXN was offering a management training program. I looked online for information about the company but found it odd that there was no job description or anything about the company... After being invited to an interview, I could have sworn that a company based in Conshoken in a very nice building would be legitimate, but wow was I surprised to say the least. Here is my story, and ill make it VERY short.

Heres whats promised upfront.
1) Company claims you get benefits and starting salary is 35k
2) Company promises management position within a year for good performance
3) 50k+ for managers after 1-2 years of high performance

Heres what they dont tell you... heres the dirt (when you pass the bullsh*t 1st interview and make it to the second.)

1) CXN is an outsourced 3rd party solicitation company for VERIZON WIRELESS.
2) CXN has NO benefits or salary!
3) 100% COMMISION based with NO COMPENSATION for gas, tolls or miles traveled on your car, and they send you all over PA!
4) YOUR JOB is to go DOOR TO DOOR to previously existing Verizon Wireless customers and up sell the products. (Example: They only have internet, sell them TV and Phone)
5) The commissions structure is incredibly low, it is nearly impossible to break $500 per week with 50+ hours worth of walking the streets in the freezing cold/blazing summer heat, knocking on peoples doors. Not to mention the cost of driving to these locations and tolls completely eliminates any profit you make.

Do not work for this company! Do not go to an interview! This is not a job! This is a Revolving door, door-to-door sales job that pays NOTHING!
