Vehicle Trade and Initial Breakdown**
- On **June 24, 2024**, I paid $6,000 in cash and traded my 2010 Ford Edge for a 2012 BMW 528i at Cymill Motors Inc. (also known as BASS), located at 5950 Covington Hwy, Decatur, GA 30035. I interacted with Jarrett Thorpe (404-645-9630).
- The BMW broke down within 15-20 minutes of leaving the lot.
- Despite my request for assistance, Jarrett informed me that it was closing time and could not assist me further.
2. **Towing and Repairs**
- On **June 25, 2024**, I incurred out-of-pocket expenses to tow the vehicle to a BMW-certified repair shop.
- The necessary repairs were completed, and I picked up the BMW on **June 26, 2024**.
Response from Cymill Motors Inc.**
- On **June 28, 2024**, I contacted Jarrett at Cymill Motors, who promised to send a tow truck and provide a replacement vehicle. He assured me he would follow up within the next few days.
- On **July 1, 2024**, I discovered that my BMW was missing from my home. The tow driver confirmed he picked it up around 2:30 AM as per instructions, of which I was unaware at the time.
- Since then, Jarrett has refused to return my Ford Edge or my money and has blocked all means of contact.

You bought an As-Is car.

By default all used cars are AS-IS. Meaning they have no warranty. All the cost is 100% on you. No matter if you drove it for 1 minutes or 3 weeks. It is 100% on you.

It broke down the day of purchase

How many miles did you drive the BMW during the test drive? Why did you request a tow on June 28th for a vehicle that was repaired on June 26th? Because on the 28th Cheorkee auto sales south took the vehicle on a test drive and blew the engine Did you threaten to withhold any future payments that resulted in the loss of the vehicle? There was never no payments

You Appear Confused

You took the vehicle to a BMW certified repair shop and then stated, "the necessary repairs were completed." Therefore, it is unclear why you chose to return the vehicle to the seller instead of the BMW certified repair shop when it broke down 2 days later.
You complained about Cymill Motors on 8/21 but then on 8/22 you wrote that Cherokee Auto Sales was threatening, racist and disrespectful. You appear confused as to what dealer you are complaining about.
