They come to your property and they tape this warning all over your property saying that the property is abandoned and that you must call them within seven days or they will change the locks on your property and charge you money to winterize your pipes! This is a complete scam taking advantage of elderly people. It's so sad to see in this day and age that a family owned company would stoop the slow instead of just putting a property maintenance flyer on your property. They want to tape a warning all over it lying and scamming, elderly people, saying that if they don't call them, they will charge them to winterize their pipes and change the locks on their property. What a complete scam I cannot believe a company was slow to trespass on private property trespass on a private road and tape, the scam hoax warning all over Personal private property they should be ashamed of themselves and if you get one of these flyers taped to your property report them to this website because this is a complete scam company taking advantage of elderly people that don't know that's not an official Document!
