Dale Baeten defrauded me in 2021 through a Cryptocurrency scam. Internet

Dale J. Baeten and his partner Bosko R. Gasich sucessfully pulled off a cryptocyrrency sceme, and defrauded investors out of my money through extremely deceptive practices;  Wisconsin Statute § 100.18(1), which states that one cannot take someone's money while making false statements.

Dale and Bosko claimed they were going to change the entire music industry, using a cryptocurrency called Beatbind, back in 2021.  They took money from investors, and claimed they were going to list the token on an exchange for a set price by a set date.  The promised and advertised date has passed by approximately 1 to 2 years.  They continuously update their website to reflect different promised date, with the current date being advertised as "by end of Q4 2024".  They claim to be listed on an exchange AND have their live auction function launch.  They have 30 days to pull all that off, or update their website with a new promised date so their duped investors keep sitting their scratching their heads.

Both of these guys were sued by the SEC in 2013 for running a pump and dump scheme on investors back in 2009.  They settled, instead of going to trial and defending their innocence.  They settled because the evidence against him could have landed him a guilty verdict by a jury, so they settled way ahead of time.  I am sure they have excuse after excuse as to why the SEC would be accusing them of defrauding investors.  

Dale not only has the time to change the entire music industry 10 years after being sued by the SEC, but he helps run other companies as well.  He also does not seem to advertise his Beatbind scam on any of his social media profiles, I assume so that people in his personal life don't realize he is holding onto a bunch of people's money right now, making false promises through Telegram.
