Dale Hensel Nate Lind Marc Overman Mary Calderwood Investment fraud and mismanagement Rio Rancho NM

Dale Hensel and Nate Lind headed various companies that raised (and stole) approximately $2,000,000 from private investors, presumably to buy houses and assisted living facilities in New Mexico which were to be cleaned up, improved, and run for profit.  Original Care, AxelFire, Halo River, Adsum, SND Holdings were some of the company names they used.

New Mexico's Attorney General Office spent considerable time compiling a case against them since 2017.

Dale Hensel (zendolphin on Instagram) was the main money raiser face of the operation.  His "resume" is clearly overstated, and his mission is convince you to write a check.

Nate Lind (www.NateLind.com, nate_lind on Instagram) was Dale's partner, and eventuallyblamed Dale for everything that went wrong.  He said "Dale did everything from mismanage money, lack of overall managment, over financing properties, used money for (((REDACTED PER TOS))) entertainment, etc."

Nate was low class enough to invite me to dinner when I became suspicious and traveled to New Mexico, then when the check came said "oh darn, I forgot the company checks, can you pay?"  That and subsequent finger pointing at Dale made me realize my funds were in trouble,

Marc Overman (Nates self-described Mentor I found out later) was brought in to emulate an arm's length expert, when in fact he was just a schill for the whole operation.
