Watch out, Dustin Dammeyer is an embarrassment to the industry and will scam you as a seller. Nepotism at its finest. This unethical real estate broker has one thing on his mind, getting you to sign a contract. He will even threaten you with lawsuits if you choose to not sell once you have signed a contract with their team.
I was pressured into listing my home for 30 days to see what the outcome would be. After we received no bites, I decided not to sell. Dustin told me I had a contract with him and if I didn't sell I still owed him commission! Yes you heard me correct. Dustin wanted his commission even though we didn't sell my home.
I lost thousands of dollars because he charged me for photography and marketing, assuring me he would compensate me in return once the home sold. Because I decided to take my home off the market, months later I am still being harassed by this firm. Sellers beware, Dustin Dammeyer and Dammeyer & Associates together are modern day thieves!
